I got the ios app, and it will not accept my login, pw. I can login to the web app no problems. I even tried changing my pw. I'm in a bit of a deadline and am not sure what to do!

I don't think they have a support form as such.
FWIW, I can log in without any problem both on the iPhone and on the iPad, so I do not know what could be wrong in your case. The only clue I can think if is you can usually log in with ether you email address or your user nickname. maybe they have changed that, so maybe you should try both.
