50K and 40K view

Folks

I found very inspiring to have always the 50K an 40K views easily available in my GTD system.

How do you implement this using Doit.im?

  Personally, I don't even try - never did, with any app. This is one of those things that are relatively "low volume" - easy to keep "in "sync" manually.
  
  The highest I have ever tried to go in a task app is keep my stuff split up according to Area of Responsibility, which I find useful, primarily during my reviews and in the task selection process, but also as a way to "understand" the task itself more easily (allows me to write my tasks with slightly less detail).

  Reviews like this are better done with mind-mapping software. I've found that lists-based tools don't work well with big-picture mode.

  Correction to my post above:
  
  I have always had the "bad" habit of trying to make my projects reasonably large - avoid keeping small things listed as projects, because they then make the list of projects so unwieldy. Some of my projects are actually more accurately described as 30k goals, and in Doit (the Goals feature) I have now managed to implement it in this vein in a reasonably consistent way.
