1. nirvanahq.com
Approximately same overall "power" as Doit, but with slightly different pros and cons:

2. Toodledo
Not a "GTD" app, but sometimes I get so fed up with all these so-called "GTD" apps (that never move on further in the GTD direction and get it right.) Toodledo is a stable option. You can do GTD perfectly well with it, and it has tremendous "power". But you have to accept an ugly UI, no manual ordering and clunky menus. Basically the built-in menus are so useless that you have to set up "advanced filters" (saved searches) for everything (but very powerful advanced filters!) and live in those custom lists rather than the built-in ones.
2. asana.com, iqtell.com, zendone.com, facilethings, com are "GTD" apps that I have ruled out for various reasons for the time being, but which may be worth checking out.
