On a similar note I would also like to suggest "share with" so a task or project can be collaborated with multiple people, e.g. development of an idea or proposal or even project so multiple people may contribute to the tasks, and post comments on their contributions, progress, or even relevant info, etc.
Assign to...
It would be great if "assign to" could have another way like: "send to" and send a mail to some person.

I am a very new user, but I agree that a "share with" feature would be great for facilitating collaboration. I realize that GTD is focused on the process of an individual managing her commitments, but I think the method and tools can be stretched somewhat to better serve teams that are working together.
Another wish list item:
Time forecasting -- It would be nice to be able to assign an amount of time to a task, then update the time with an actual amount of time taken when the task is done. Reviewing the time cost of completed similar tasks would then allow better task planning and management in the future. Many people have a good intuitive sense for how long a task will take, and part of the promise of GTD is to provide the flexibility to re-evaluate priorities as the landscape of commitments changes, so I can see how many people might regard this as an unnecessary or orthogonal component. However, if the point of GTD is getting stuff out of one's head, then why not also get the time cost info out and documented?
I think doit.im is already a fantastic tool, and I very much appreciate the opportunity to use it.
