Don't really feel the need to explain this, it's plain logic: if I enter something, I must be able to change it later, it shouldn't be carved in (digital) stone.....

Now, comments cannot be deleted or edited once posted. You may add another comment to indicate the previous one is invalid.

And for your suggestion, we will consider it in the future.

Dear @michelle1987,

Thanks for not using the previous version of the canned response (the one that explained that having unmodifiable comments was good for the users; you should have made tasks unmodifiable for the same reason); honestly, "we will consider it in the future" does not mean much to paying users. I have no doubt that you will consider it, since considering does not cost a $ :-), but you commit to fixing this bug or not? When?

It is not in our short-tern plan. We will consider whether to add this feature in the future according to the feasibility of it and market demand.
