Reminders doesn't work

Asus Zenfone 9
Asus Launcher updated
Android 13 updated
Doit.im (last international version 4.5.1 Pro) reinstalled several times, with several reboots of smartphone.
All settings and configurations to allow notification revised (enable).

Reminders setting for vibrate and Ringtone, but both dont working any time.
Old and long time user of Doit.im, without any problem.

How i can fix It???

I have exactly the same problem, including with older ZenFone models and Android versions 11 and 12. I've been a Doit.im user for years and it worked perfectly. Please help me, because reminders are essential for me, and I don't want to switch apps.
