I forgot to mention that I am referring to both the long projects list and to the shorter projects lists under each goal.
And another bug:
Under one goal, I have two projects that appear twice - once each under Active Projects, which is correct, and once each also under Next, where they are shown as tasks, and where they have no tasks or notes left within them.
Manual rearrangement of projects in these lists in the Windows app does not "stick" and can even crash the program.

Hi,
Sorry for late response.
Q: Manual rearrangement of projects in these lists in the Windows app does not "stick" and can even crash the program.
A: Could you please send us the logs? The default installing path is : C:\Users\Wendy\AppData\Roaming\Doit.im\
Q: Under one goal, I have two projects that appear twice - once each under Active Projects, which is correct, and once each also under Next, where they are shown as tasks, and where they have no tasks or notes left within them.
A: Are the wrong showing projects converted from tasks?
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,

Re the "duplicate" listings:
The "real" ones are projects (with tasks and a description), and they are correctly listed as active projects. And they show up correctly in all three apps (web, iPhone, Windows)
The "false" ones appear only in the Windows app. They are listed in a Next section above Active Projects. I have not created these. They appear to have been created by the Windows app itself. They have the same names as the projects, but have no tasks or description, nor do they have a project icon or comment icon.
And, as I said, when I manually reorder things in any of the lists of projects in the Windows app the new order does not reflect the order i see in the web app or iPhone, and when I reorder them the new order disappears as soon as I leave the list and come back. On one occasion, half the list disappeared when I did this, and I got error messages, but after killing the app and restarting it I was relieved to see that at least nothing had been lost. It was all there, and strangely enough, on that occasion some of the wrong project ordering from the Windows app had actually migrated back to the web app as well. -
