Which version do you use? This feature is supported on Mac and Windows version. There is bug on iPhone version. We will fix it.

I use the online version on windows.

Also, I didn't get email notification about your response and I don't know what do I need to do to get notifications.

Hi,

On web version, it is not supported to add estimated time. We are working on it now. You would be able to do it next week if it can pass test.

There is no email notification now in Help Center. When you log in and visit Help Center,you will get notifications. We are considering to add get notifications.

I see. It's the estimated time why I upgraded to pro and so I was disappointed to see it's not there. Why are you making features available in one version and not the other? It's confusing. I watched the video and the estimated time was there. It wasn't telling me it's only available on windows and mac.

I don't even know what is a windows and mac version as I can only see the web version. Where can I find the windows version? Is it synching with the webs version?

Not all version has the same feature at the same time because of conditionality. We will try our best to make features in all versions in step.

It's very annoying that I'm not getting notifications of your answers. I don't use doit.im yet as I'm still clarifying these things. So I'm not even logging in...

Hi,

You can log in windows version if you are pro just using the same username/email address + password.

I tried and could not drag and drop there either. I'm leaving doit.im.
