Can't drag and drop organise tasks

Nots sure why but I'm not able to drag and drop reorganise my tasks. I can drag, but when I drop nothing happens, the tasks jumps back where it was originally.

Hi,

Could you please tell me which task list do you operate? You can manual sort tasks in Next box and next group.

Hi,

You can manual sort tasks in Doit Now group in Today. Tasks in other groups are not supported.

Hi,

On web version,you need to click on the icon at right of the check box to move the tasks in Doit Now group. Have a try please.

How does one "click the lightning bolt" on the desktop or mobile apps? Or, even better, how do I make it so that it is checked for any new tasks that are create?
