Sync doesn't work correctly

Hello,

I use android application and windows applcation of Doit.im.

Most of time I use an android version. after I do a syncronization with windows version, it doesn't make changes on my windows version at all. Some tasks are update, but most of them a not. It look's like my tasks on android in past(half a day).

In web version all changes are made correctly and work good.

What's wrong in my actions? Or something in program?

Hi,

Sorry for this issue.

Could you please send me the local logs to me? The default path is: C:\Users\Wendy\AppData\Roaming\Doit.im\bin\logs
Note: Change " Wendy" to your own PC username

Did you ever try to re-log in on your windows version?

Are new created tasks synced successfully? Could you see the tasks in windows app when you create on Android app?
Could you see the tasks in Android app when you create on Windows app?

Could you please tell me any tasks which are not updated on windows version by private comments?

Thanks, for a fast delay.

Unfortunately, today my samsung was crashed. I have to order a new touchpad. I suppuse it will takes one or two weeks.

Now, I use web version. It syncronize correctly with android, and looks like work correctly, but web version doesn't have subtasks and I need it.

If I chanded something in web version, It doesn't make change in Windows version(new tasks for a example), If I made changes in Windows version, all old task and tasks that are not to be in web version are added.

Hi,

Thank you for your information.

1. Web version have subtasks. Subtasks are in task viewing page. You need click on the task title in the task list to go to the task viewing page.

2. We have released a new windows version. It is 4.1.22. Do you use this latest version and have the problems in syncing?
Could you please send me the latest logs and tell me any title of the task which has problem in syncing.

Hi,

Yes, I use the last one. I install update yesterday. Something I think became better. Tasks are added in windows version.

1. Sorry, I can't find how to do this. Then I edit a task I have a prompt like in topic: Repeated Tasks, under Q. http://faq.doit.im/web.html#53 There is not subtasks field. What's wrong?

2. Sorry I can't explain all tasks which I have a problem, because there are many of them.

But, I uderstand something.

Now, I add new task in web, sinc, and it apper in windows version, after that I delete it, sinc, it is deleted in windows version, I mark it done, it was marked in windows version.
It looks like working, But I still have had some tasks, which I marked done, but they are in today(as expired), like "Доделать 1С учет"(in russian) on wendsday(23.07.2014).

It checked in Completed, It is present in this folder(like in web version), and present in today(as expired). It look like been copied by system.

Hi,

1. You need add the task firstly,then you can add subtasks in task viewing page. For repeat tasks,you 'd better add a task in today. After you add subtasks to the today task,you set the task to be repeated. In this way,all tasks will take the subtaks. If you make the task repeated firstly,then add subtasks,the task in today will not have the subtasks.

2. After checking, we find that this task "Доделать 1С учет" is a daily repeat task. The task which started on 23.07.2014 is completed. Do you mean that you still see it uncompleted in today on web version?

3. Could you please send me the windows log on 23.07.2014?

A: It is the task editing page. Please move your mouse on the task title in the list and click once,or you can use shortcut "O" to open the task.

Q: 2. It still incomplete in windows version. In web version everything is OK.
A: We find some errors in your log. It says that your network was not working. Please try to ping api.doit.im to check if your network can connect with our server.
