Estimate time for "minutes" on Windows tool not working

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.22
When I run "Start Daily Plan" and try to enter estimated time, it does not allow me to make updates in the "minutes" field. It only allows me to make changes to the "hours" field. This problem also appears when I open a task and want to update the estimated time field on the bottom of the screen.

@wendy_only Thank you very much. I already installed the soft of doit.im for 4 times.Two times, strangely, I can begin to estimate time after the soft ,but I can not estimate time several days later. Why? Could you tell some posible reasons.
