Pro account failed after auto subscription renew

I have the Pro account about 13 months. The first subscription year worked well in 2014 december and i had my first auto subscription renew in 2015-12-16. The debt was fine, i can see it in my credit card bill identified as GOOGLE *SNOWORANGE but the Doit is saying that i dont have the Pro Account, both in Android app and web.

17/12 GOOGLE *SNOWORANGE 158,00 DOLAR DE 57,30 20,38

I confess that i'm disappointed, because its a serious error and i'm wasting my time to open this feedback.

Could you please tell me when you upgrade your account? Please send us the transaction number. We will check it.

@wendy_only How can i get the transaction number? It is in my credit card. Attached you can get the print screen of the subscription.
