Hello,
I am afraid that It is not a bug. Here, you added a project to the task, which means that the task has been processed. The processed tasks will not stay Inbox any more. Inbox in Doit.im is equal to the "in" box in GTD, which is just used for storing the unprocessed tasks. So tasks with a project will go to the Next box.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
Created tasks doesn't go to Inbox
Today is my first try with doit.im and I really like it but there is one bug that really annoys me.
Basically, I do not want this "Start on" feature, I just need one flat todo list. So I thought I will be putting all my tasks to Inbox. So far so good.
I tried adding tasks like this:
My test task #project ^Inbox
But it went to Next instead of Inbox and I need to move it to Inbox manually.
Please fix this, currently it blocks me from using the service like my primary todo management tool.

Yes, I need to assign task to a project and move it to inbox. How can I achieve that without moving task manually?

@bpiec
I feel so sorry. There is no way to achieve that. Just as I said above, once assigned to a project, the task will leave Inbox and go to the Next box.
Could you please let us know the reason why you insist on keeping a processed task in Inbox?
