Renewal of pro not working?

Hi!

I've completed my payment for pro subscription through google play. When I check my bank account I can see that the payment was done on January 2nd 2016. Unfortunately I today got a reminder to upgrade to pro anyway. Can you help me out with this?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I paid the yearly subscription via Paypal (google play), still my account does not recognize it. The confirmation number is 7S050399UF1285918.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Because during the past year, we devoted on another product, and less attention paid on Doit.im.
