Pro-membership charged but doesn't work and can't login on Android
Hi,
I have 2 problems:
1) On Sep5 2016 I payed for the next year of Pro account, got charged but Pro hadn't applied.
2) I logged out on Android device and can't login again. "Please check your network" error is shown both using WiFi and Mobile connections.
Can you please help me with this?

@kurbatovaei If you paid via app store or google play, sometimes it will be delayed. You can also send your payment ($20.00 per year if paid yearly) to our Paypal account: doitim@snoworange.com. Then please attach the screenshot of the payment page to this email, we will upgrade for you and you can use the Pro immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
