定期講読中ですが、proアカウントにアップグレードしてくださいというメッセージがでます。
google play の定期講読で2016/12/09に購入しています。
Windows版、Andoroid版ともに使えません。
ご対応お願いします。

Sorry this problem has bothered you for long. The failure of updating to Pro was due to a bug caused by the version updating of Google. Now it's in our development list, we'll fix it thoroughly in March or April.
