please check my pro account. I failed a renew.

I have the Pro account about two years. I can see it in my credit card bill identified as GOOGLE *SNOWORANGE but the Doit is saying that i don't have the Pro Account, both in Android app and web. My version is 4.4.7

I confess that i'm disappointed, because its a serious error and i'm wasting my time to open this feedback.
