I'm paying customer of doit.im for about 5 years. Two years ago I needed to prolong my account and used my doit.im android app instead of the web client (thought it is just the same if I'm logged in my account). But the Android driven payment created new item in Google Payments (I have now Doit.im Pro service and Doit.im Pro service (Doit.im for Android).
But even I have the Doit.im Pro service (Doit.im for Android) active and last one year payment was paid on 29. 10. 2016, my account is consederd as NOT Pro both in Android and web client.

Please tell me how to activate/bind my payment with the account of give me back my money.
