I did not find a way to raise a support ticket with Doit.im - why?

Anyway, I moved a country (from Israel to Canada), and found that I cant change the country in Google Wallet (affects Play store).
After some chat with Google support, turns out (at least so they say) that the active Doit.im subscription is preventing from the Google system to allow me to switch country!

I cant seem to terminate that actively running subscription.

Could you please help me either terminate it in wallet, or just terminate the whole Pro package I have paid for - I don't mind loosing 6 months I have remaining, if that would allow me to finally switch country for Google Account.

PS: Its really strange that a PRO user cant raise a support ticket with doit,im without going on a public forum!!
