Please refer to the following settings and make sure all the settings for Doit.im reminders are allowed. Please be noticed that the names of settings on your phone may be different.
1) "Phone manager" - "Battery manager” - "Protected apps" - make doit.im as "Protected"
2) "Phone manager" - "Permission manager" - "Apps" - "Doit.im" - turn on "Trust this app", "App auto-launch", "Dropzone applications" and "Access list of installed apps"
3) "Settings" - "Notification panel & status bar" - "Notification manager", enter notification center - "Doit.im" - "Allow notifications", "Priority display", "Status bar", "Banners", "Lock screen"
4) "Settings" - "Apps" - setting icons below - "Special access permission" - "Rights of notice" - "Android system"

I bought a new smartphone Huawei, version of Android 7, version of EMUI 5.0. I installed the application from Google Play and tried http://help.doit.im/topics/7792 The settings are all the permissions for the Doit.im application. But there are big problems with notifications on the lock screen. The "Snooze Time" function does not work yet. I ask you to understand and provide a fully working version of the application, preferably from Google Play.

Thanks, I already had the settings you specified.
Notifications are coming, but not stable. Some in time, some not. The app will somehow sleep and not give notice, and when you open it, it comes. Also check the "Snooze Time" function. The problem is not in my settings, but in your application. I ask you to improve the work of notifications in the application on smartphones Huawei. -
