I remember that earlier there was a shortcut to add a task directly to a context, I thought it was @. It doesn't work now. I didn't find this shortcut in your help center. Is it still available?

Every account has a Task Mail box, you can find it in preference -> account info.
You can forward emails from others to your task email box, or your friends and colleagues can write to you directly.
Every email received in task email box goes to your inbox in doit.im as a task directly.
