I have payed for PRO renewal but the payment had no affect - my account is not PRO.
Please renew my PRO license.

Sorry for the delay of your Pro renew.
Because you paid on Google Play, we have to renew your Pro account manually. We will fix this problem.
We have upgraded your account and it lasts until Jul 18,2018, please sync manually on mobile phone and pc client, refresh on website.

Again the same problem a year later.
I was automatically charged via google play for you service but I am not able to use Pro features.
