The time zone in the application for Windows follows the time zone of your PC system, these two are same.
So Windows client might have a different time from web version.
If you want to change the time zone on Windows client from +3 to +2, please go to the settings in your PC.

Hi,
The problem that we can reproduce is the time zone on windows app does not follow the time zone of the PC system, which results in 2 different starting times for the same task on web version and windows version.
As you said, both of the two time zone are set correctly. How about the starting time shown beside the task title, are they same in two versions ？
