I am in Russia. I was trying to buy PRO, it's only possible to use paypal for it.

Even though my default currency in paypal is USD, and your receipt is 2USD for 1 month, my USD card got charged 2.15 USD. I believe that's because 2 usd got converted to 130 rubles, then back to USD, with unpleasant exchange rates.

I have USD card. How would I be able to pay exactly 2 usd / 20 usd, not feeding the paypal?

We don't know about the 0.15 USD, maybe just like what you said. Could you please try paying via iAP on iPhone or Android?

When I was using web version, I was just offered single option: paypal. I will try to use Android next time, will write again if something will go wrong. Thank you, Kassy!
