I. You may first add contacts in your web version https://i.doit.im/home/:
1. Click "Contacts" icon at upper right to see contact list.
2. Click "+" at the bottom of the contact list.
3. Pick "New Contact" to add a contact's email address.
4. Then your contact will receive the notification saying someone has added you as a contact. He/She may click 'Accept' so that you two can send tasks to each other.

II. Send tasks.
1. After your contact has accepted your application, you two may send tasks to each other on any platform.
2. Go to a new task page or task editing page, write down the title and description, or subtasks, click "Assign to" or "Send to"(both are the same meaning, we'll make them consistent) to pick a contact you've added, then click "Send".
3. Then you contact will receive the notification and the task you sent to him/her in his/her own Doit.im system.
4. And you will check the task sent any time in your own Waiting list.
