Also disappear from the tray in the task bar? Do you refer to the latest version for windows 1.5.9? Do you close or minimize the app by clicking the icons at the top right of the window?

1. The app automatically launched after you successfully installed it.
2. The app also ran normally after you logged in to Doit.im
3. Click on "-" or "X" to minimize or close the app and then Doit.im icon was neither in the system tray.nor in the task manager.
4. Unable to re-launch the app with the desktop shortcut or in the Start menu.
Could you please let me know if you did as I described above?
In addition, please give us the sync logs under the installation directory.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
I'm having issues with the Windows version. I downloaded the file and it opens fine after downloading; however, when I close it or even minimize it, it totally disappears. There's no way for me to bring the window back up. I'm not sure if it's open or just closes automatically. I've tried reinstalling it, but it does the same thing. I have Windows 7 64-bit.
Thanks!

I have had a similar experience.
I now have the task manager icon, but it doesn't do anything when I click it. the DOIT.IM application fails to open.

Also, if I launch from Start menu it does not launch.
Doit.im.exe is listed as a process in Task Manager, however. -

Hello,
Here, please try to call up the main window using the key combination (Ctrl + Shift +M) when you see that Doit.im.exe is listed as a process in Task Manager.
Secondly, please go to Control Panel - All Control Panel Items - Notification Area Icons and make sure that you've selected to show Doit.im icon on the taskbar.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the response and for following up.
OK, the DOIT icon does already appear in the taskbar. When I left-click it, nothing happens. When I right-click, I get a context menu: New Context, New Project, New Tag | Logout, Close. But no way to open the actual application. If I even go to Start > Programs and open Doit from there, it still does nothing!
HOWEVER - I have just tried the keyboard shortcut you mentioned CRTL+SHIFT+M and the application opens! Which is good, but... would be great to be able to open it in the same way I open every other computer program I've ever used - click the icon.
I will post this email content in the help forum too, but would be useful if you could email me any response. I don't have time to sit watching the forums for a reply.

@Adrad
I've sent you an email. Please just do as I said in my email to you. Double click the Doit.im icon in the taskbar to have a try.
So sorry for the inconvenience that caused to you.
