Hello,

I have PAID for a pro account (last payment: 7/17/2017), but my pro account functions still don't work. When I'm logged in, it seems to think I don't have a pro account (prompts me to upgrade).

I'd like to cancel my pro account and go back to the basic version. Since it's never actually worked since July, I'd like a full refund of my $20.

Please get back to me as soon as possible - I AM a pro user even if I've not been granted the privileges!
