I do not understand why I cannot login to my doit.im MAC desktop account. I can log into the web version.
Frustratingly all options to message doit.im from within the program always default to Apple's MAIL service. What if you do not use this client? I'm a gmail user. Can someone please help me quickly because this has been going on for a few days now. My machine is running OS10.12.6

We've checked to find that you have upgraded to Pro account.
If you still could not see the Pro status on your Mac version, please refresh your web version and manually sync your phone and desktop version.
