Any update on this? This is key functionality and renders the application almost useless without it - it keeps breaking almost every week for the past several weeks.
This is VERY, VERY frustrating. I've been with doit.im for more than 2 years. Sad that the quality of product and customer service have been going downhill. At this time, I simply don't TRUST the email task functionality any more. Now when I send an email to doit.im, I would nervously check the inbox for multiple times within 5-10 minutes just to be sure the task gets created. The idea of GTD is to reduce stress and download things from my mind to an outside system. Now it increases my stress and forces me to do more work.
Well, good thing is my PRO subscription ends in about 2 weeks. Time to check out alternatives.
Any update on this? Getting desperate here - i am losing emails sent to doit in the last three emails.
@zhangbei2004 I 100% agree on this item being one of the key reasons I use Do.It and have for about 5 years I believe. The responsiveness has definitely declined over the years.

@Kassy any updated on this? I've asked via email and on here multiple times with no response. This is a key feature that I use and if Snoworange can't keep it working I'm going to have to look at other apps.
@Kassy this problem is back. I reset my email address the other day and it worked for that day and stopped again. This needs to be fixed and at least reply to let your users know the status. I have submitted comments on this multiple times with no response from Snoworange which is terrible customer service.

@Kassy problem is back again. I'm not sure how you are fixing but it is not "sticking" and continues to break. You will be losing a Pro user if this doesn't not get fixed soon.
I am having the same issue. Sent a test email from gmail and my work email and see nothing in my inbox. Please fix this.

I also have the same problem. I wanted to create tasks with IFTTT, but the e-mail task funcionality need to work for that :(

I received the tasks I sent to my doit account a day later. Sent another test 20 minutes ago, still nothing sadly.
It seem that now is working, but is hard to trust this feature again...

@Kassy it seems to be fixed FOR NOW but based on your response date it took 10 days to respond. Why has the service gone down hill in the past few months? Why does this keep breaking? As @fabionunez said it is very hard to trust this feature and trusting your system is a key pillar to GTD.
