1. Please clean the local data using the attached script: Click the attached Doit.imDataCleaner.zip, unzip it, and run it. Input yes or y when there is a hint.
2. Then sign in again.
If any more problems after the above operation, please send us the .log file under ~/Library/Containers/com.snoworange.Doitim-Mac/Data/Library/Application Support/DoitimMac.

I sent this same question in another feedback that I've just posted 5 minutes ago. Well, I followed your instruction but it didn't work. I keep getting the same result not doing the app login in my Macbook. After running the script, when I try to make the login it blinks really quick a message that I catch in a print screen (attached). To be honest I don't know what it means.
I also couldn't find out where I am supposed to go to get the .log file... Could you explain me better how am I suppose to do it?

@andremarim Really sorry for the mistake in the log address, it should be cd ~/Library/Containers/com.snoworange.Doitim-Mac/Data/Library/Application\ Support/DoitimMac/

As I said right before, the exactly same error is happening again. I give up of you. Please, how can you do the refund of my payment? Since I'm not be able to use the platform I prefer find out another one.

Could you please change to another computer to see if your account can log in properly? And could you please send us the error log?
If you still want to refund, you may do as follow:
If you upgraded via Play Store on Android device, you can cancel your subscription and get the refund in Play Store by:
1. Tap “Account” in sidebar.
2. Tap “Subscriptions” then find Doit.im to cancel.
If via iTunes:
1. Open the desktop version of iTunes;
2. Find “View My Account” in navigation bar on desktop, then wait a second to see the detailed info on page;
3. Find Settings - Subscription - Manage, then click it to enter a page where you may cancel your subscription.
If via PayPal or Alipay:
Please apply to us by sending email to vip@snoworange.com.
Hope you take a try on another computer, or send us your error log.
