Email for inbox doesn't work

Hello, I'm a Pro account user (Tolyam)
About 3 month ago I've noticed that my massages which are sent through email into Inbox sometimes disappeard and doen't reach my Inbox.
I reset the email to Tolyam.OcgyW@doitim.in
However the problem still remain
I tried to send messages from different email addreses and non of them are good for Inbox.

What is your advice to solve the problem?

The "email into Inbox" is still doesn't work!
Even though I've reset the mail again today
