1. Project is a multi-step task. If you need more than one step to finish a task, then turn it into a project. And under the project, you may write several tasks.
2. Goal is a short term goal for projects and tasks. You may right-click a project or a task, or drag and drop a project or a task to the left column of a goal so as to set the project/task under the goal.
