I know there is a way to restore tasks that have been sent to the Trash. But can you please explain if there is any way to restore tasks that have been completed and then archived? They show in the Archived section at the end of my projects, but is there a way to restore them?

You may archive all the tasks when a project if finished. If your project is too big, I suggest you make the project into a goal by:
1. creating a goal
2. dividing the original project into several small ones and put them under the goal
Thus, when you complete one small project, and click 'Archive' in Completed list, you may see all the tasks under that project are archived.
