I am having the same issue, and I renewed Nov. 21, 2018.
I've been charged for pro account yearly renewal through Google play market on October 19, but app says that my pro account expired today.
Same thing happened last year!
Please, fix it!

We've checked to see that both of your accounts have been updated. Please refresh your web version and manually sync your phone and desktop version if you still cannot see the Pro feature.
