Still cannot access Pro features. Please resolve. I've been without Pro features for nearly 2 weeks.
Payment was made on December 7th for the Pro services. Payment was withdrawn from my account but I do not have access to the services paid for on that date.
It has been 20 days since I've been locked out and 10 days since I've reported the problem. How long does it take to unlock an account? Why is there no action on this? How long am I supposed to wait until I even get an acknowledgement to this problem?
Either reestablish my account or refund my payment. This is absurd. How long does it take for your company to fix a billing issue?

Really sorry for not having replied earlier.
We've checked to see there is payment on Jan 3rd, 2019 and the account is updated on that day. But before that, there is payment in the year 2018.
Could you please have a check?
