The progress circle is loading to check if there is any data to sync. For Pro members, it syncs in real time, while for free members, it needs manual sync and only once in 24 hours.

There is only a tiny "progress circle" in the middle of the screen, but I don't know what is being loaded... Why is this happening? This happens often and I then have to close the app completely and restart
