Google Play subscription did not automatically last
PRO account does not work, the subscription is renewed automatically through google play.

Me too. I auto-renewed in October, and my PROsubscription is gone.

I've paid through Google Play and am still waiting for my upgrade - this is the second year in a row. I have reached out to 3 emails for solutions:
