Me too. I auto-renewed in October, and my PROsubscription is gone.
I've paid through Google Play and am still waiting for my upgrade - this is the second year in a row. I have reached out to 3 emails for solutions:firstname.lastname@example.org@email@example.comLast year, Kassy helped me with this issue. I'll keep you updated.
