My paid membership expired today and I am really sad to say goodbye to Doit. Feature wise you are still the best out there! Full GTD match, lots of features yet not overwhelming, stuff like put a to-do to a certain date to have it show up the next day - just all works like a charm. But that's in theory. In practice you have not been maintained for what it feels like years, syncing was spotty even on paid version, lots of bugs kept piling up. So I am sadly moving to a worse product but I am just not willing to spend any more money on a product that doesn't spend any time on it anymore. Still it was a good year and we've accomplished a lot together. You will be missed, DoIt and if you are ever back to life please let me know, as I would go back in a snap!

Same here. I'm waiting until 12th July, then I'will move to another app. Nirvana or TickTick. Not decided yet. Doit was very good, but there is no support or development. Not worth of any further payment of PRO. Goodbye...

yeah, same here. thanks google subscription I paid for Pro for next year. however, it hasn't been activated for ages and there isn't reply from support for months.

After so many years I also have to move from doit.im. I have just payed one month ago but its not working and not reliable.
I made an extensive research and tested several other options.
For those of you that are also looking for alternative those 3 are pretty good:
- TickTick
- Nirvana
- Nozbe
TickTick has great funcionalities both on PC and Mobile, but is a bit hard to understand how it works. Once this is figured out you can use it in a way similar to doit.
Nirvana is probably the best in terms of following GTD but both PC and Android apps are lacking some major functionalities (like group by reference or quick add on the mobile).
Nozbe is also great and following GTD strictly but I cant get used to the interface.
Final decision for me was TickTick, and I just transferred all my active tasks into it. Hope the above helps someone.

Dear all,
I'm afraid I'll do the same as you all did, when my pro account expires (next fall).
Your money is accepted, but there's no service anymore.
In my case, the "send a task by e-mail to I.doit" function - which was excellent for me - is non-functional for 2 years...
Pretty sad end... -

Me too. I am sad that I have to leave what was one of the best GTD products out there. I am going to Nirvana as my next step. If you get your act together let me know. I might consider coming back.

BTW, For the benefit of others here, I put through my renewal in July, but it never hit my credit card. I assume that the internal structure of the company is falling apart. My mobile app shows premium, but there is no evidence of such functionality now.

Bye-bye, I moved to TickTick. Allmost all the functionality od Do.it and much more (iPad app, subtasks and checklists in the free version) and it works!!!
