Continued my Pro subscription via Play store in Feb 2020, but still don't have access to PRO

Hi,

I was trying to contact you already via Forum, but still no response.
I had a Pro account last year, this year it was getting payment automatically in Feb for Pro account, but unfortunately I still don't have Pro access. Please fix it asap, otherwise I just have to leave this app and cancel subscription.

It;s already almost a year that I didn't get access to my upgraded account. This is ridiculous, you know!!!
