Your service is excellent, however the help feature is severely insufficient. You simply link everything to one page, that doesn't begin to answer questions. For example, I read post s on the forum, which also does not even have a search feature, that audible alerts are possible on the iPhone, however I cannot find written instructions on how to do this.
Please help. I am considering upgrading to Pro, but I will not if I can't set an audible alert in my iPhone.

An audible alert? Do you refer to push notification on iPhone?
