Already paid for the PRO but never actually got it

Hi! Paid for the Pro account like 2 months ago, but it never actually renewed. Please see the screenshots... Wasn't able to attach them, though all the criteria was met. So, here's links to google drive:

Had the same problem... nobody supported so I requested my money back.
Finally I tried paying via PayPal and it worked.... just to figure out that repeating tasks are not working already for a month and finally after 5 years of using doit I move on with another app.
Dont expect an answer from DoIt - there is nobody.

The closest thing I've found is https://nirvanahq.com/, but it definitely has down sides, like it's super weird to not have Today and Tomorrow folders where you could store according tasks, instead you only have Next.

i was just about to recommend nirvana too ;). I also refunded my money here.

I like nirvana. I'm not missing the today or tomorrow function really. I actually like it there's less nudge to defer things.
