@whats
Glad to hear that Doit.im could help you. :)
Now, tasks added to a project will not inherit the context of the project. We cannot guarantee that all the tasks you added to a project can be done in the same context as that of the project.
And here, you said that when you create a project, you specify a default context and some default tags. In Doit.im, we cannot add tags to a project. What do the "tags" mean?
Thanks for your support on Doit.im.
A very small feature that surprised me to not have it is the context and tags inheritance.
When I create a project, I specify a default context and some default tags. Then, when I add a task into that project, I see that the new task don't have the context and a tags of the project set.
I think that it is the logical way to work but maybe I'm loosing something... What is the context and tags used for now in the projects?

Yes, I understand that. In my propose it would be a default context and could be changed later.
What does it now this feature? What is setting a context to a project used for?
Forget about the "tag" it's a mistake.
Thank you very much. -

In Doit.im, a project is also a task, a task with multiple steps, so we add the "context" property to it just as we did on an ordinary task. Now, if you add a context to an inactive project, the project will be shown under that context. (Here is the introduction about active projects and inactive projects. http://faq.doit.im/web.html#37)
In the future, we will support more meaningful function on the context of a project. And we will also consider your suggestion.
