Can I get email notification whenever there is a response to my feedback

I have no way of knowing when you respond. Most of the time when I come back, the thread is closed for answering - this is just frustrating. If there is a response, I should get a notification. Can you please enable this?

Or if not, can you please respond to my questions over email?
