Yes, you can. In Doit.im, you can add at most 5 reminders to a single task. Could you please let me know which version you are using now?

Here, I just set the web version as an example.

1. Click on the "Create a task" icon at the top right corner.
2. On the dialog that comes up, enter a task name.
3. Click "Add repeat,reminders and recipients" at the bottom.
4. Click the "Reminder" tab and you can choose "Popup" or "Email"(Email reminder is only supported on the web version.)
5. Click to choose "on date" and then you can set a specific time.

Just on a side note, now you cannot add a reminder at a specific time to a whole repeated task (which exists in Scheduled with a circling arrow next to it).
