"Leave a comment" is missing on Mac

Running latest App Store build. OS X 10.9 DP4

As you see from the screenshot I've made a comment under a task. But I can't leave another one because "Leave a comment" link is simply not there. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Do you refer to the latest version for Mac 1.6.16?

When a task has had comments already, click the quotation marks and it will go to the "Comments" area (as your screenshot showed). Under the existing comments, there is a bar with "Type your comment here" in it. Click it and you can post a new comment.
