The software in the first example does not have an iPhone app to complement their application. Looks like they may be planning it, though. You would be a huge step ahead to implement these two suggestions.
1. I need to be able to rank tasks in a step by step order of priority, so that even if I don't finish them today, they'll stay in the same priority for tomorrow, even if I add tasks with different start or due dates. I need a column to mark tasks 1, 2, 3, etc. High, medium, and low are sufficient to group the priority (instead of A, B, C), but I need an orderly layout. When I'm in production mode, it's difficult to switch to design mode to figure out which step to do next. That's why we order lists made on paper, for example, shopping, to go to stores in a certain order, to save time.
An example is here: http://www.effexis.com/achieve/productivity-software.htm.
2. I need to be able to set tasks to be rotational by day, week, or month. Not that one is due each week even if I didn't get last week's done, but that when I finish it, it won't show the next one due until a week later. And if I don't finish that one right away, it won't show as overdue, but simply as due next. This is for tasks that should be done regularly, say weekly, but it doesn't hurt if a time or two is missed. This eliminates the need to go through and delete missed tasks. For example, the project, "Weekend tasks." In that project would rotate Saturday by Saturday (as I complete them), Wash and service the van, Wash and service the car, Mow the lawn, Trim hedges, Fill bird feeders and clean the garage. This would ensure that each area would be addressed somewhat timely, even if I couldn't get to one on a given weekend. The way it is set up now, I am put in compression mode to make up a missed task, or forced to recalibrate all weekend tasks.
I need this rotational feature, even if the task is not part of a project.
Outlook calls these "regenerated tasks," and they are described here: http://www.timeatlas.com/email/outlook/recurring_vs_regenerated_tasks#.UhBQrNKcerg.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
Q1: I need to be able to rank tasks in a step by step order of priority, so that even if I don't finish them today, they'll stay in the same priority for tomorrow, even if I add tasks with different start or due dates. I need a column to mark tasks 1, 2, 3, etc. High, medium, and low are sufficient to group the priority (instead of A, B, C), but I need an orderly layout. A: Now, you can assign priorities (High, Medium, Low and None) to a task. And for now, we have no plan to add more priority levels to a single task. :(
In the future, we will support the "manually sorting" feature.
Q2: I need to be able to set tasks to be rotational by day, week, or month. Not that one is due each week even if I didn't get last week's done, but that when I finish it, it won't show the next one due until a week later. A: We plan to introduce a new repeat strategy, repeating by the completion time. For example, there is a task repeating on every Monday, but the next occurrence will not be generated if you do not complete the previous one. How do you think about this feature?
