The three features are all supported in Doit.im now. :)
Q1: Multiple task selection
A: Hold Shift/Ctrl on the keyboard and you can select multiple tasks on the list at once.
Q2: Moving a task immediately to Next, Today, Tomorrow, Waiting etc.
A: Hover your mouse over the drag-and drop area (filled with small dots) in front of a task and you can directly move it to a targeted box (Next, Today, Tomorrow, Waiting etc)

Q3: Moving a task up or down in the Doit Now list
A: In the "Doit Now" group, long press a task and drag and drop it to the targeted location.

A few more shortcut keys for speed
In the interests of speed and precision it'd be really nice to have a few more shortcut keys, most notably for the things that can only be done by clicking or dragging right now. I know a couple of these have been covered elsewhere.
