You may create an inactive project and then move those completed tasks that maybe reused to the inactive project. How do you think about this idea?
Here is the concept of inactive projects: If you set Scheduled (which means the project will start from tomorrow or after tomorrow) or Someday as the project’ start time, it will be an Inactive project by default.

Thanks for your support on Doit.im.
I've just read that for completed tasks there is a limit of 100.
Any suggestion?
Many thanks in advance.

Very good idea Michelle. It's a great solution. thank you very much.
Maybe you could consider creating someday a new box called "Filed". It could be optional like "someday", "Wainting" etc..
What do you think?

Hi again Michelle,
I'm testing your idea and it works. However, I find it a bit annoying to have tasks that belong to a former project but tha are stored in a different project.
I still think that the best would be to have the posibility of having an additional box called "filed". This box could be optional (like "someday" box, "waiting box" etc... ) and should appear at the end, under "Waiting" box.
This would be perfect.
Could you consider it?
Many thanks for your help. -
