I set a reminder for an action item on the web version of Doit. The reminder popped up on my computer but it did not pop up on my ipad or iphone.

do the reminders sync across devices?

I would think that it would be important for the reminders to sync across all the devices (computer, iPad, and iPhone for it to be effective.

On iPhone/iPad, did you see the reminder you set on the web version on the "view task" page? If it is successfully synced from the web version, the reminder should pop up.

And BTW, did you turn on Doit.im in System Settings - Notification Center?

Yes, I turned on Doit.im in System Settings - Notification Center

Yes I can see the reminder listed in the action item via the view task page so it was synced appropriate. However the pop-up reminder never appeared on the iphone or ipad.

Hello,

Could you please let me know the steps you did?

1. Set a reminder to a task in the web version;
2. Check the task on iPad/iPhone and the reminder has been there (which means it is successfully synced);
3. When reminding time is up, the reminder pops up on the web version but not on your iPad/iPhone device.

Did you just do as I described above? If convenient, could you please let us know the title of the task that had this issue or take a screenshot of the view task page and send it to us then?
