You should have points a person can earn by completing tasks. The points can be numerical, i.e. 1 point for a task, 2 points for a high priority task; 10 extra points for finishing 80% of tasks by end of the week (Review).
Think about it...it will revolutionize task doing. Other companies have started this for to do lists.
